Dr. Deutsch: Hi Mae! Well, I saw your test results, and it seems like the subcutaneous injections are really working for you!

Mae: I know the numbers are a little high, but…
Dr. Deutsch: No, I think they’re right on target. You’re feeling ok at these levels, right?
Mae: ...oh, heck yeah! My mood’s been great, and I’ve probably seen more physical shifts in the last 2 months than in the previous year.

Dr. Deutsch: Well then great! I see no reason to mess with it - I think at this point, we can wait 6 months before checking levels again.
Dr. Deutsch: Oh! But you had mentioned wanting to pursue an orchiectomy, right? I only ask because if you can get the two psych letters, our Urology department has some openings fairly soon.

Mae: Oh, absolutely! The sooner we can get the ball rolling on that, the better!
Dr. Deutsch: I think we can probably manage both of them, actually!
