So, I’ve decided to stop being an old dork, and finally embrace these social networking sites. Well, to some degree, anyway. I still find myself shying away from them, as though they have cooties and I’m afraid to let it get all over me, but I DO have to acknowledge the fact that they have a purpose. And for a while now, I’ve been getting facebook requests from people, and since I’m trying to keep my facebook friends limited to just people I know in PERSON, I feel bad every time I turn someone down. In addition, and ONLY because it’s widely used, Liz created one on MySpace, as well. I don’t HAVE a MySpace account… and it’s becoming harder and harder NOT to have one every day… so it’s feasable that it may happen at some point. But in any case, you can check that out here.
