So, we had that meetup with everyone in San D’oria, right? Well, not knowing what to expect, I plopped my butt down in the church, and waited for people to show up. I started to help the first guy to show up, and when I look up, the room is FULL of people. Liz and I worked for nearly two hours, and in the end, managed to add 88 people to the linkshell, bringing our numbers up to a total of 108. Thank you to everyone for being so patient… I know it took a while.
This does, however, raise a problem. As we were finishing off, we found that some of the last people were unable to get onto the linkshell. It would appear Square has set a limit on the number of people who can concurrently be a part of the linkshell chat. As it fills up, people start getting denied access until someone logs off. This means the Linkshell is effectively maxed out. I’m not really sure what to do to remedy this situation. I’ve been trying to think of ways to separate things, but I don’t really know how to do it. For now, however, new members will not be allowed to join the Linkshell. I know it sucks, but it’s what I have to do at the moment. So please, PLEASE don’t send me any more tells asking to be added to the linkshell. Really, please don’t send Liz, Cliff, or myself tells at all unless you really have something important to say. I love talking to all of you, but it gets very hard to play the game when you log on and 10 people all message you at once, just to say hi.
Anyway, that’s all for now. I’ll be updating the LS list sometime today, hopefully. Until then, ta-ta. :)
