I realize the chances of any of them reading Real Life are near to 0, but still, congratulations to Burt Rutan, Mike Melvill, Brian Binnie, and everyone at Scaled Composites for winning the Ansari X-Prize! I know they were pretty much a shoe-in for it, since they had so little competition, but still… damn. It’s something that shoulda been in reach years and years ago, and it’s nice to see that NASA no longer has a complete stranglehold on space flight. :)
