Jess: You doing okay? Just let me know if it gets to be too much.
Jess: I mean, there’s no real going back at this point, but… y’know.
Mae: Nah, I’m good actually.

Mae: I guess I was expecting worse. It mainly just feels like you’re scratching me with your nail really hard or something.
Jess: This is probably going to be the worst of it, too - I have to go slower with the lining because we’re doing it in magenta instead of black.

Jess: Also, it’s your upper arm, which is one of the least painful spots to get a tattoo.
Mae: See, now I need to get one somewhere else just to see if I can handle it.

Jess: IT BEGINS.
Mae: That’s weird, it just got all echo-y in here all of a sudden.
