The cover for the book was finished on Friday by one Mohammad Haque, (Known better as Hawk) and because my computer has been an absolute beast, making dealing with a gigantic PSD file somewhat difficult, I am only just now able to share it with you properly. :)

I also want to take a quick moment to let you know that, while we are approaching our goal, it’s unfortunately not guaranteed to happen by Christmas anymore. And that’s fine – frankly, giving only two weeks notice on my part was really pushing it, but I wanted to wait until the basic guts of the book were done before I started taking preorders. The good news of all this is that now I have at least a little time to fuss over some of the details that I wouldn’t have been able to fuss over before… things like getting the logo and title printed in silver on the cover and spine of the hardbound copy of the book, and making sure the proofs look fantastic, etc. (Assuming ordering today, I would have had to get the proofs approved in basically a DAY, and that’s assuming nothing was wrong with them) I’ve also taken the liberty of applying for an ISBN number, as well as an EAN code for each of the books. This means that I’ll be able to sell it via Amazon.com soon, as well as making it so that you can look it up from just about any bookstore. (I think) It’s just another step towards actual legitimacy that I’m ecstatic to be taking. :)

Oh, as an added bonus, I’ve got the cover artwork (sans logotype) as a wallpaper, if you’re interested. If you don’t see the resolution you want below… make it work. The file’s too big for me to keep open throughout the day. :P
