So, if you go out and rent Made of Honor (don’t laugh. I’m married. I’m allowed to enjoy a chick flick if I want to.), and fast forward to EXACTLY 1:00:42 in, you’ll see a scene where Patrick Dempsey is sitting next to the big-ass fountain in central park.
If you look just to the left of that fountain, sitting on the opposite side, you’ll see a woman wearing a brown shirt. At some point, she’ll look back at the screen, at which point a dude in a bright green shirt will lean into the frame from behind the fountain and also look back. That would be Liz and me. :)
This was during our trip to New York last year, and we were wandering around Central Park, taking a little break sitting on the fountain, when we looked back and noticed what was going on. If you do in fact rent said movie, I’ll give you a little bit of dialogue you can substitute over what you see on the screen to make things make a little more sense. :)
Liz: Wow, Central Park sure is pretty. Man, I’m beat, though. We should – hey, it looks like they’re filming stuff back there.
Greg: Huh? Where?
Liz: Right back there, see?
Greg: Huh. How about that. Wonder what it’s for.
Liz: I dunno. I think I’ll just stare back there for as long as possible in a very conspicuous manner even though I’m certain I’m in the shot.
Greg: (Out of frame) Um, yeah. Good luck with that.
Good times. Good times.
